Assessment Tools


Our leadership assessments consist of one in-depth interview where we explore your perceptions and motivations prior to the use of online tools. Next, we use one or more online assessment tools. These give you a new lens through which to consider yourself, strengthen your self-awareness, and provide you with additional data for your development.  Our assessments include 360 Assessments, Emotional Intelligence, StrengthsFinder, Leadership, DiSC, DiSC for Teams, and PiAV (Interests, Attitudes, and Values). Assessments may be used for coaching, as part of a individual development program, or in other individual workshops.

Behaviour Analysis


 How we communicate verbally and visually sets the tone for every relationship, every conversation. When we analyze your speaking patterns we gain insight into your leadership style. Your pace, pitch, how much or how little you say, and your voice quality are all indicators that reveal your perspective and how you view your world. The research into human expression done by anthropologist Desmond Morris provides the backdrop for us to understand facial expressions, body movements, and micro-expressions. This process provides deeper insight into your self-confidence, behaviours, and character. Our clients are routinely surprised by what emerges in these sessions.

Brainstorming Sessions


Brainstorming is an informal approach to problem-solving using lateral thinking. Learning to think laterally is, by definition, counterintuitive because you are asking your brain to ignore straightforward solutions. You are asking your brain to forego the obvious methods of reasoning to solve a problem. In these sessions, you will become aware of how the brain processes information and how outside, unplanned stimuli can propel your thinking to new heights. As you distance yourself from ‘vertical’ or logical thinking and embrace the process of lateral thinking, you will have a powerful out-of-the-box experience.

MasterMind Conference


A mastermind conference is different than other conferences. They are roundtable discussions, where attendees learn from each other as much as they learn from the facilitators and presenters. Instead of inspirational speeches and how-to presentations, a mastermind conference places focus on big vision planning and complex problem-solving. With a solution-focused approach, attendees network and dialogue their way forward. Because the subject matter is usually too deep to get through in just a few hours this conference can be an all-day or a multi-day event by sector or an all-day event by topic.
